Your body IS a temple!
You know that whole 'your body is a
temple' phrase that people say??? Well, its freaking true!!!!!
We can all agree that cancer, ALS,
diabetes, MS and other health concerns, no matter what kind, suck... they seem
to 'get' the good people that don't deserve it without fail! And I, for one,
hate it, way too many friends and family have gotten the shaft genetically or
by nature taking its toll, and unfortunately most have not beaten the beast!
Americans are the most obese and unhealthy
nations there are!! Did you know that some of those health concerns are
avoidable and others those that are not avoidable are manageable? Simply by
changing your diet and habits you can lessen your likelihood of getting or
slowing the effects of many health issues. One thing you can do is to make more
'organic' or 'natural' choices, something as simple as doing some meditation or
even just focusing on you! MAKE YOURSELF A PRIORITY!!!! YOU DESERVE IT!!!
What would you do to change those?! Cut
out fast food? Processed food? How about doing yoga? Going on a 20-minute walk
in the evening? Things like that, are low impact and show greater returns on
your health, mentally and physically?! Anyone in the business world knows about
ROI, take that to a personal level, are you worth a great return like some
investment you bought into?! A longer, happier life with more energy?! Wow,
talk about an amazing ROI when you get to retire and enjoy life!!!
Remember, I am a health coach for Optavia,

super cheap at first, either option, BUT, when you look at the long term either

or maybe you have the early stages of diabetes and don't want to become insulin
dependent. What would you do to get there?!
Nowadays we are all so focused on the here
and now, but how many of us are really, I mean REALLY, TRUELY happy with where
we are in life!? If you are in a job that you dislike you quit, well, maybe you
quit... If you are like me, you may tough it out for a while, short or long, but
is that really good for us?! I stayed in one job for years before I finally
pulled the trigger and left. It was a scary time for me, since I hadn't
actually thought things through fully, but MAN was it worth it!! I have learned
more and completed goals I thought were ok it of my reach. And it's time to do
it again, but with a lot more planning involved this time!!
Let's start supporting our bodies from the
inside out!!! I'm sick and tired of people close to me getting sick and dying
before they should... I know some things are not preventable and it's our time,
BUT, what if it is preventable?! What would you do? How much would you spend?
